• Payment data: handled by Shopify Payments and its payment processors — we never see or store your full card number.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic analytics used to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your data

• To process your order and deliver the PDF.
• To provide customer support and handle refunds.
• To comply with tax, accounting and consumer-protection laws.

Legal basis

We process your data to perform our contract with you (delivering the product), to comply with legal obligations, and based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.

Sharing

We share the minimum data necessary with our processors: Shopify (checkout, orders, hosting), our email provider (order confirmations), and payment processors used by Shopify Payments. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically 7 years). Support emails are kept for up to 24 months.
