Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because The Wedding Almanac is a digital product delivered immediately, the following policy applies.

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the guide, provided you have downloaded the PDF fewer than three times. Email us at hello@theweddingalmanac.com with your order number.

EU right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal for digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium normally expires as soon as you begin the download, provided you have given prior express consent and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing checkout and downloading the PDF you give that consent. Outside of a download, the standard 14-day withdrawal period applies.

How to request a refund

• Email hello@theweddingalmanac.com from the address used at checkout.
• Include your order number and the reason for the refund.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or missing product

If your download is corrupted or you did not receive it, contact us and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
